Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ivaluemart. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

When will my order ship?

We ship most orders Monday-Friday same day if ordered before 4 PM MST. Orders are not shipped on weekends or the following holidays and will be shipped next business day:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We also offer expedited shipping options for most of our products. Your shipping cost and estimated delivery window will be available at checkout.

When will my order be delivered? 

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Economy Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • LTL Shipping: 5-10 business days 

In-store pickup

You can skip the delivery wait with free local pickup at our Salt Lake City, UT location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9 AM - 5 PM on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping address change?

For your protection, we cannot change the address on an order once it has been placed. If you are concerned that the address is not correct, please send a cancellation request to and we will cancel the order. You can go ahead and place another order with the correct address once cancellation is done. If your order has a tracking number we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been shipped. Please complete a return once the item has been received.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free standard/economy shipping on most items bought on our website. No matter how big, small, light or heavy. You can choose a faster shipping service at checkout additional fees may apply.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipment to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses

  • Yes, we do ship to P.O boxes, additional fees may apply.
  • No, we currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses

Shipping Partners Disclaimer

  • We do use shipping partners to fulfill some orders 
  • We will not be able to offer gift messages on these orders. 
  • We do not have control over the packaging on these orders. 
  • Our courier will attempt delivery to the delivery address you have specified at checkout up to 2 times, if no one is available to pick up the package it will remain at our shipper's collection depot for 3 days, after which it will be returned to us. In case of failed delivery, you agree that you are liable for our shipping charge and our return to sender charge. 

    Freight Shipping Policies:

    • Shipped through FedEx Freight.
    • Orders will be shipped within 2 business days
    • Delivery time is 5-10 business days?
    • Dear valued customer, we carefully inspect all products before they leave our warehouse. Please thoroughly inspect your delivery you must notify the driver and document the damage at time of delivery. If you fail to report damage to your item(s), at time of delivery, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company of record. Any damage must be notated with driver at time of delivery“
