Compliance Verification & Solutions provides a team of professionals who are trained to detect violations that could potentially lead to the suspension of your account. Violations such as carton size and weight restrictions, polybag requirements, suffocation and expiration labeling requirements, bubble wrap requirements, and restrictions for liquids, among others, are carefully inspected by our team. While the list is exhaustive, we have been doing this for a while and are proficient at it.
If a compliance violation is detected during FBA Inspection, we have a stocked warehouse with compliance solutions available. We will notify you of the issue and offer a solution to correct the problem while your products are still at our warehouse, thereby preventing any negative impact on your inbound shipping compliance score or product reviews.
Quantity Verification is critical not only for the health of your seller account but also your bottom line. Each item that is processed through our warehouse is counted out of the original carton and then back into the outbound carton. Amazon penalizes your seller account for sending in the wrong counts, and their automated systems frequently scan incorrectly. Thus, requesting a human intervention for a recount of your inventory is essential. With our process, you can be confident that the numbers are correct. Chinese suppliers often weigh their smaller items as a method of counting, resulting in cases with varying unit counts, which can be detrimental if Amazon is expecting a specific quantity.
We offer three levels of product inspection. Our most popular service is the Basic-Product Packaging Inspection, which helps eliminate negative reviews by identifying damaged product packaging caused by shipping. Negative reviews that cannot be removed can quickly harm your business. Our Detailed-Open Box Product Inspection service is available for those concerned about scratches, imperfections, product contents, and missing or broken components, among others. Finally, our Product Testing service is available for those concerned about product functionality. We can test your products before they reach your customers and negatively affect your seller performance rating.
We can help you avoid in-bound shipping compliance issues by applying all required labels before your items reach Amazon. FBA Inspection can apply your Amazon FNSKU Labels, UPC Barcode labels, suffocation warning labels, choking hazard labels, and "do not separate" labels for bundled items, among others. You can even have your branding labels sent to us, and we can pick them up and apply them to your packaging.
We offer a Packaging Solution service, which includes removing your old packaging and replacing it with new packaging supplied by any supplier of your choice. It is recommended to order 10% extra packaging from your supplier to cover shipping damages. Other packaging solutions we suggest include buying generic boxes from a box manufacturer or supplier such as Uline and having branding stickers made by a supplier such as Sticker Giant. We can apply the new label to the generic box.
We offer Professional Photography services, and our team can arrange to have all your professional photography done while your product is in for inspection. We have a local photographer that is very good and can provide lifestyle photos based on your detailed requirements. Once an agreement is made, we will deliver your product to our photographer shortly after it arrives at our warehouse so that you can have your professional photos on your listing before your product reaches Amazon.
Would you like a native English speaker to review your marketing material? We recommend having your marketing material, such as product box text, flyers, inserts, etc., professionally written by a native English speaker. However, in case you have used translation software like Google Translate, or your supplier offered to handle the design, there is room for error, miscommunication, or even simple embarrassment. We are happy to help and review your material to catch any punctuation, spelling errors, or mistranslated words that may cause you any discomfort. Please request a quote from us.
If your products and product packaging remain in a pristine sellable condition, even if your shipping cartons suffer damage, then our Forward Only service might be perfect for you. With our forwarding-only service, there are no processing or processing fees. It's a flat rate per carton. You can get off those high international shipping rates as quickly as possible as we are located on the California coast, a direct line from China. Once your products reach our warehouse, we can quickly observe any whole carton damage such as forklift holes, severely damaged corners, and, if you are shipping by sea, we will check for water and mildew damage. If everything looks great, we will send you a report so you can create a shipping plan and send us the pre-paid shipping labels. We will apply them and then hand deliver them to UPS. This allows you to bypass paying high international shipping all the way to Amazon. Instead, we reduce your shipping fees by applying your Amazon partnered shipping labels, which Amazon has negotiated at dirt cheap rates. The money you save will more than pay for our forwarding service, and you have the added benefit of our preliminary inspection of your cartons as a whole. If we notice anything substantial, we will notify you immediately with photos, and you can choose how to proceed. Please request a quote from us.
While we do accept Amazon Removal Orders, we regret to inform you that we no longer accept customer returns. We define customer returns as used items returned to Amazon by your customers that are not in new/resellable condition. However, we will make an exception and accept your Amazon customer returns under certain conditions. These conditions include understanding that non-new/resellable items will be considered defective and discarded immediately. We will relabel and send new/resellable items back to Amazon for you, but prepayment of estimated disposal fees is required before we can authorize a work order number. Your prepayment will only cover the cost of disposal if all items arrive defective, and processing and relabeling will be additional and adjusted on your final invoice. To request a quote, please contact us.
If you plan to ship your items via LTL, we offer a palletizing service that complies with Amazon's specific requirements. Our service includes stacking your cartons safely and securely, limiting movement to reduce the risk of damage during transportation. We use high-quality shipping stretch wrap and apply pallet labels to all four sides of the pallet as per Amazon's TOS. We also provide palletizing services for items that need to be shipped outside of Amazon. Contact us to request a quote, and estimates are free.
Please note that FBA Inspection does not have an export license and cannot act as a freight forwarder or customs broker. However, we can palletize your shipment and help you relocate to another location in the USA that can export, or you can make arrangements with a freight forwarder and/or customs broker that can export and have them pick up your pallets. We can also help on a limited basis for exporting small parcel deliveries, but please note that we are not an exporter, shipper, or shipping agent. Our services begin when your shipment arrives at our warehouse and end when your shipment departs. To request a quote, please contact us.
Please be aware that long-term storage must be arranged in advance. If your items require long-term storage, you will be required to pay 2x our current rate. Please double-check that all items being shipped in can go to Amazon. If not, please verify with us that we have sufficient room before sending your items. We are working on expanding our long-term storage facility and anticipate having ample storage space and reduced pricing soon.
Please take note that we no longer accept "customer returns", which are defined as "USED" items returned by your customers to Amazon. These items usually end up in your unfulfillable items bin within your Amazon seller central account. However, we are willing to accept your Amazon "CUSTOMER RETURNS" under certain conditions. Firstly, please understand that any items not in "NEW/Resellable" condition will be considered defective and will be discarded immediately. Nonetheless, we will relabel and send your "New/Resellable" items back to Amazon for you. Secondly, we require prepayment of estimated disposal fees before a work order number can be authorized. Once your items are processed, we will send you a final invoice along with a report detailing the number of defective and sellable units. Please note that your prepayment will only cover the cost of disposal if all of your items arrive defective. Processing and relabeling will be additional and will be adjusted on your final invoice. If you require this service, please request a quote from us.
